Add multicall3 for abstract testnet

Currently the abstract testnet chain definition does not include the multicall3 deployment.

Multicall3 is deployed at 0xF9cda624FBC7e059355ce98a31693d299FACd963 as of block 358349.

This deployment matches the deployment address of other zk stack chains.
