From my personal view and own experience I agree.
I generally agree, but I at least got the hunch that this now reads odd in the french translation to me (and possibly others). Not having exercised my french for a while, I'd like sign-off of the translators. |

One puts things of secondary importance in parentheses. Parenthesizing a certain category of people is like declaring them second-class citizens, which is completely opposite to the spirit of this manifest.
