v1.2.0: Recursive scan

• #35 - now you can organize your juseppe folder as you wish. Juseppe will scan it recursively. This is new default behaviour. You can turn it off with JUSEPPE_RECURSIVE_WATCH=false env var or -Djuseppe.recursive.watch=false java system property
