Included herein are various sundry licensing clarifications, corrections and
improvements for the E-ALE slides.

The nature of the improvements take three forms:

  1. Corrections for license compliance, both in the sources and in the
    generated slides.

  2. Better documentation and communication of the licensing information.

  3. Other minor fixes that relate to licenses, or make the other two items
    above easier.

This pull request is a Work In Progress. Do Not Merge yet.

I've put it here for ongoing review and comment from the E-ALE slide
maintainers. I'll remove the note about not merging yet when we're done. :)

Generally, Git repositories prefer not to to have text files with trailing
whitespace characters in them. As such, this commit is applied, even though
it changes the checksum of the canonical license text as downloaded from:
    http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/legalcode.txt

However, this appears to be the right thing to do here.
Per discussions with Behan Webster, he indicates the intent of all licensing
for slides and written materials should be CC-By-SA-4.0. Better if this is
clearly stated in the README.
This file appears to not actually be used in the building of the slides found
in 'buildroot'. As such, they are removed.
