Makes the Wiiu Exploit Web Page run locally (Extremely basic webpage)

How to run

1. Download the latest version of python
2. Download and extract the zip from the latest release
3. Open the folder "LocalExploitWiiU" and run "run_page.py", it should display a sort of ip adress (Eg. XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:8000, where X is variable)
4. Open the Wii U web browser and type the ip adress that the program gived you (Eg. XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:8000, where X is variable)
5. Follow the web page instructions

If it opens up cgi2.nintendo.co.jp, you have to save/modify any bookmark and type that ip adress in
