Setting svg as mask image makes the mask to have incorrect size #634

Bug report

Description / Observed Behavior

When I set svg as maskImage property in satori, it doesn't scale to match mask-size css property and results the original size

Expected Behavior

The mask should be sized to the mask-size property

Reproduction
