今はWebhookで通知してるのでBOTで通知するようにする (スタンプがつけられたイベントを受け取りたいので)
イベントが作成・更新された時に通知メッセージにスタンプをつける
規定スタンプ(:attend: :absent: :loading:)がユーザーにつけられたらknoQに反映する

認証周りはサポートしてQSoCに投げてもよさそう
