Describe the bug

The language keeps resetting and the prefix redirection strategy doesn't work

Additional context

I can't figure out what I did wrong. When I change the language, the cookie changes and I also see visual changes.

For some reason, after reloading the page, the cookie is cleared and the redirect strategy does not work
