How to get the css of the puck data in the onPublish method

Hello, I have a question regarding exporting to html. So in the onPublish function I use the renderToStaticMarkup function to get the html version of the data. But How can I include the css for that? My goal is to save that static html to an html file which will be uploaded to our server and display the html to our other web application.
