Dagger itself already supports OpenTelemetry and it would be awesome if we could also use that in the rest of grafana-build in order to submit tracing data of runs to Tempo. This way we should be able to debug issues more easily but also get transparency about what is run when and why.

This is currently partially blocked by equinix-labs/otel-cli#258 . We'll also need to add the TraceID and SpanID to log statements for which we'll most likely move to the new log/slog package.
