Problem

When the main screen is moved to an external screen on my notebook, it becomes hard to access the applauncher and wingpanel in case a browser is fullscreen mode (F11) on the screen that hosts the dock and wingpanel.

It is really annoying that I have to exit browser fullscreen first.

Proposal

Once a second screen is being used (in "extend screen mode"), the wingpanel should show a new element with multiple screens as icon.
When clicking that icon, a list menu should open with buttons

"Clone wingpanel to all screens"
"Clone dock to all screens"

When clicking the button, that action should be done.
After the change was applied, the actions of the buttons should change to "Only show wingpanel on primary screen" / "Only show dock on primary screen".

Thus, the user can switch between the two modes
