Include Prometheus Integration on CLI

In order to let end users to register a new Prometheus integration, we need to expose it in the CLI.

That is, given the users the opportunity to register a new integration for the current organization. The result for the registration would be the endpoint where the end users need to set up their Prometheus target to scrape from.
