feat(): global env vars

It would be nice to have global environment variables. If you have lots of repositories and use the same environment variable you need to add it under every repo.
We use a private ssh key so we don't have to store it in containers, and we need to add it to every repository.
A good place to have it would be under Repositories/Settings
