Hello,
When you set the conditional visibility of a field in the Fields Dependency settings, you can see that field in the edit view or in details only if the condition correspond.
But if that field is printed in the progress bar, you still see the values even if you shouldn't (because there is a value and the progress bar doesn't take in account the field dependency setting). You should have to empty the value of the field to see it disappear, which is not possible if it's a mandatory field (picklist in that case).
I tried to make a workflow to empty the field if the value of the related field change, but you can't empty a field with a workflow (you can only change the value for an existing one in the picklist).

So, if you want to see the progress bar and to be able to edit it only if a certain value of a picklist is chosen, it's not possible. You will still see the progress bar if it has been printed once.

Regards,

To be more specific, the second progress bar should appear only if the value "Action à effectuer" of the first picklist is set.
Also, the last value, "Convertir", shouldn't appear as a condition is set in the PickListDependency setting module, which isn't taken into account in the progress bar either.
