xAxisOptions.integersOnly for horizontal BarChart

Feature request summary

I'd like the integersOnly option on the x-axis, just like on the y-axis on the BarChart.
The functionality, would be exactly the same.

Rationale

This will allow us to use the horizontal BarChart for integer numbers and prevent a case like this, which could be confusing:
