OpenRC program to use logging with Rsyslog

Hey,

I have Rsyslog configured on my Alpine machine to send logs to Graylog. So when I do

$ logger "foo"

Rsyslog sends for me this to Graylog so I can see it.

My question is how I can configure my program to send logs trough Rsyslog. Here is definition of my program

#!/sbin/openrc-run

name="test"
description="testing"
command="/opt/starter.sh"
command_arg=""
supervisor="supervise-daemon"
#pidfile="/run/${RC_SVCNAME}.pid"
output_log="/var/log/test.log"
error_log="/var/log/test.err.log"

Would be great if any can give me some sources to learn or anything that will help me to understand loging process in OpenRC! Thanks in advance

If anyone have the same problem I recommend to use Filebeat for sending logs to external servers. It reads log files directly and sends new lines to one of configured outputs. So it's source agnostic solution.
