I have a Dell PowerEdge R720 with ZimaOS installed, featuring 22 900GB HDDs and a 2TB SSD for the system. I'm experiencing an issue where ZimaOS doesn't seem to recognize my RAID controller (H710P Mini) or the RAID 6 volume I've set up. As a result, I have to connect the SSD via USB and can't utilize my HDDs.
Interestingly, when I boot into Ubuntu, the virtual volume is recognized, so it doesn't appear to be a hardware issue with the RAID controller itself.
Could this be a driver issue with ZimaOS, or is it an OS compatibility problem? Is there a way to add support for certain RAID controllers in ZimaOS?
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
