carlo Remote devices, the inspect button is disabled

When I remote debug webView using chrome, I have to open chrome://inspect/#devices, then click the inspect link of one page, then chrome open an inspect window.

So I have an idea, can I build a standalone package with Carlo, embed the inspect window automatically when one device connected to computer and one webpage open.

I have some question: can I get the link of the inspect window so I can embed in Carlo
