On the Summary/Results page, show two buttons:

  • Edit (pencil icon; brings you back to the form page but keeps the patient ID)
  • Hide (minus icon; collapses the Summary/Results page)

When the results are hidden, the "Hide" button should still be in the same place but it should say "Show" instead and there should be a plus icon instead of a minus icon.
